Shipping
We ship worldwide. Shipping rates are determined by your destination country. All delivery costs, including customs and duties, are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
*Please be aware of customs, duty fees, and taxes the customer will be liable to pay in any destination outside Europe. We are not responsible for any parcels returned for unpaid fees and will not issue refunds under these circumstances.
Return Policy
If you wish to return the order, please follow the return instructions below:
- Customers must contact us via contact@zolistudio.com with their Order Number so your refund can be processed correctly.
- All items must be returned as new and unworn and in their original packaging with all tags still attached.
- You have up to 14 days after the date of receipt in which to request a refund.
- When we process a return, the money will be refunded to the payment method initially used to purchase the item.
- Any items that were returned to us damaged or without the correct packaging or tags attached will not be refunded. Therefore, please ensure you haven't remved any tags or caused damage to the clothing.
